Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking, as they outline our policies and expectations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. 

 

1. Booking Terms 

• Once your deposit is paid, your booking is confirmed. A booking confirmation will be emailed to you. Please ensure all information on your booking form is accurate and notify us of any updates via email or phone. 

• Your performer's contact details and confirmed arrival time will be provided at least 48 hours before your event. 

• We do not accept requests for specific performers; however, your booking will always be attended by a fully trained member of our team who is appropriately cast according to the suitability of the character they are playing. All current team members can be viewed on our website. 

• If your performer arrives by car, a parking space must be provided for the duration of the event. Any parking charges are the responsibility of the party host. If your performer is arriving via public transport, they will need a space to change at the venue. 

• Princess Parties London and our performers are not responsible for delays caused by a lack of parking or incorrect information provided beforehand. 

• Please ensure someone is available to meet the performer on arrival, assist with carrying equipment, and pay for parking (if applicable). 

• Bookings outside of the M25 may incur a travel charge, which will be discussed at the time of booking.

2. Payment Terms 

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until this has been received. 

• The remaining balance is due on the day, payable in cash (minus the deposit). We accept bank transfer for the deposit and cash on the day only. However, you are also welcome to pay in full at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling 

• Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another available date if rescheduling is required. 

• Please note that we may not be able to accommodate changes to your booking once the deposit has been paid, especially if multiple events are booked on the same day. We recommend confirming your event details before paying the deposit. 

• While we strive to arrive on time, Princess Parties London is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including road closures, tube line delays, public protests, extreme weather, or traffic accidents. Your performer will remain in contact with their estimated time of arrival. 

• If your scheduled performer is unable to attend on the day due to illness or emergency, we will strive to cover this within our trained team of performers. In the extremely rare cases that we are unable to do so, we will endeavor to provide a replacement performer through an alternative reputable company. Your deposit will be refunded within 7 days.

4. Outdoor Events Policy 

• Due to the high quality of our bespoke costumes and wigs, we cannot perform outdoors in wet or muddy conditions unless there is adequate cover to protect the performer. 

• During hot weather, a shaded area must be provided for the comfort and safety of the performer. 

• If suitable shelter is not provided and weather conditions are unsuitable, the performance may not be able to proceed. 

 

5. Welfare & Wellbeing Policy

• The safety and wellbeing of our performers is a top priority. If a performer feels threatened, harassed, or unsafe, they reserve the right to end the booking immediately without a refund. We do not tolerate any situation in which our performers are made to feel uncomfortable. 

• Clients/guests are not permitted to handle our equipment without prior consent from the performer(s). 

• A responsible adult must always be present during the party. Performers are not responsible for supervising children, managing behaviour, or ensuring their safety. 

• Clients must inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs that may affect a child’s participation. 

 

6. Liability Disclaimer 

• Princess Parties London is not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company. Our characters are based on traditional fairy tales that exist in the public domain. 

• We do not accept responsibility for injury, illness, allergic reactions, or property damage sustained during or after the event. 

• You acknowledge that our role is to entertain and perform; we do not provide childcare or supervision. 

 

7. Photography & Media Consent 

• We occasionally take photos and videos during events for promotional use. By booking, you agree to the potential use of such media on our website, social platforms, or marketing material. 

• If you do not consent to your child(ren) being photographed or recorded, please inform us in writing before the event. 

 

8. Agreement 

• Payment of your deposit confirms your agreement to these Terms & Conditions. 

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available upon request.
